Body Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a technique used to treat various types of skin concerns. It is applied to improve skin texture, reduce localized fat, and address scars and cellulite.

Skin mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is called “mesotherapy” because it involves the injection of substances into the mesoderm, meaning the dermis, the fatty tissue, and the connective tissue located beneath the skin.

The injections are performed either by hand or, preferably, with a specialized device using fine needles.

There is no pain, only a very slight pricking sensation that is highly tolerable.

On the body, mesotherapy is mainly used for:

  • Cellulite improvement
  • Reduction of localized fat
  • Firming

Sessions are usually performed every 15 days, and once the desired result is achieved, maintenance sessions should follow.

In recent years, autologous PRP mesotherapy has also been developed, which is based on the use of growth factors derived from the patient’s own blood.
