Thigh and Buttock Lift

The most common causes of thigh and buttock sagging are significant weight loss and the natural aging process.

With a thigh lift, all excess skin and fat are removed from the inner–upper area of the thighs and buttocks.

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. The scars from thigh surgery are concealed along the groin folds and the inner surface of the thighs. In cases of severe laxity and loose skin extending toward the knee, an extension of the incision vertically downward along the inner thigh may be necessary.

For buttock lifting, which is a particularly important aspect of female femininity, buttock augmentation is performed using liposculpture and the patient’s own fat, although implants may also be used.

Plastic Surgeon Georgia Chorti, due to her extensive surgical experience, can combine thigh and buttock lifting with liposuction during the same operation, achieving an overall improved aesthetic result. An overnight stay at the clinic may be required, especially when combined with other procedures.

The use of compression garments is recommended for the following 15 days, as it helps reduce fluid retention and accelerates recovery.

The results can be long-lasting; however, changes in body weight and/or pregnancy may alter the final appearance.
