Plastic Surgeon Georgia Chorti was the first to introduce VASER LIPO to Greece and has the only such liposuction system in Northern Greece available at her Clinic.
She guarantees the application of the most advanced, bloodless, clean liposuction technique with superior results compared to all others. It is an extremely safe method with impressive outcomes and holds international certifications, such as FDA approval and CE Mark.
It is the only system worldwide capable of selectively targeting adipose tissue—the primary objective of liposuction—while preserving other tissues such as small blood vessels and nerves, which may be damaged with conventional liposuction techniques.
Advantages of VASER Lipo:

It does not cause hematomas or edema and delivers smooth skin with very rapid healing. It clearly surpasses classic and laser liposuction in terms of procedure time, ease, and—most importantly—postoperative aesthetic results.
It can be performed on all areas of the body, allowing removal of the necessary amount of fat, ranging from very small quantities to large volumes exceeding two liters.
The method is based on the use of ultrasonic waves to break down fat, effectively converting solid fat into a liquid form, which is then aspirated.
The procedure can be performed under local or general anesthesia. It lasts from 10 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the extent of the treated area. No clinic stay is required, and patients can return to their daily activities almost immediately.
How VASER Lipo works and why it delivers superior results
Before liposuction, the selected area of excess fat is treated with the VASER ultrasound device, which heats the area and locally melts the fat. The key advantage of this technique is that it melts only fat tissue without damaging blood vessels or surrounding tissues. Converting fat from a solid to a liquid state allows the use of very small cannulas, through which the liquefied fat flows out smoothly. The extracted fat is exceptionally pure, with no blood residue, and without causing bruising or discoloration.
Even more important for the final aesthetic outcome is that removing fat in liquid form prevents the appearance of the “orange peel” effect—indentations where fat was removed and bulges in adjacent areas where fat cells remained.
All other liposuction techniques require thicker cannulas to collect and remove solid fat cells. The larger cannula size and solid fat state, even in the most experienced hands, often cause trauma to blood vessels and tissues, leading to postoperative swelling and bruising.
The liquefied, highly pure fat—free of any blood residues—can, at the patient’s request, be reused for liposculpture. This involves transferring fat to areas of the face and body that have lost volume, such as the cheekbones, bust, and hands, achieving excellent results by naturally restoring fullness and firmness to the skin.
At the PROFILE Center, all liposuction techniques are available: classic liposuction and fat dissolution with Lipolaser Smart Lipo. The choice is made according to your real needs and possibilities.
